Caroline: Sometimes, as women in the music scene, we are not heard, don’t have enough credibility and are not seen as creative business women.

The music industry is still managed by a majority of men and as a woman who is the leader of her own project, I sometimes feel that we have to fight twice as hard to be taken seriously. Mainly as a migrant women, I always felt that I had to prove more often that I am good enough. I always felt that things don’t come as naturally as they would come to fellow men working in the same industry.
